ScummVM 0.5.0pre-cvs (Jul 17 2003 20:56:42)
I have the CD version (english speech, international subtitles). If I choose the italian sub with the -qit parameter, in the menu screen (F5), in the last button (spoken text/subtitles choise) the text appear over the button on mouse-over, but it does'nt disappear.

I'll try to explane better. In the menu screen, when I place the mouse over a button, a text appear over the button telling me te function of the button (ex. Restart, Quit, Restore Game etc...). When I remove the mouse, the text disappear. When I remove the mouse from the Text/Speech button, the text over the button doesn't disappear completely. The text in the box under the menu, where is displayed the courrent selection works fine

you mean that only the status-line text changes, not the mouse text, right? It's meant to be this way.
