TUCKER: Verb "Use" uses capitalized "With" in sentence bar

Description

INFOBAR.TXT contains all text used in the sentence bar, amongst other things the prepositions used for the verbs Use (with) and Give (to).

The English and Spanish versions contain the prepositions With/Con in capitalized form which is wrong and distracting (the German and French versions are OK).

We should fix this.
