Add a Help menu in the ScummVM menubar on mac to access documentation

Description

Since we have a menubar for all applications on mac, we should take advantage of it and add a help menu for ScummVM that would give access to documents. I am thinking in particular of:

  • The User Manual on the wiki.
  • The various files that are distributed with ScummVM, and could that way be included in the ScummVM.app bundle and accessed from the application instead of being distributed alongside the bundle. This includes:
    • The NEWS file.
    • The Authors file.
    • The Copyright Holders file.
    • The various License files.
    • The ReadMe or QuickStart file (either one of the translation or the English version depending on the system language).
