Allow using the ScummVM built-in file browser on macOS

Description
ScummVM on macOS uses the native file browser from the system. It might be nice to have the ability to use the built-in file browser (the one used on other platforms), maybe even with the ability to switch between the two at runtime.
One of the reasons I am suggesting this is that there is a hard to track down bug that causes ScummVM to freeze when closing the macOS file browser (for example when adding a game). See http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=14462. Another reason would be for consistency between platforms.
