Actually, this looks like a link for a forum posting of the Return to Ringworld ESP translation, not Tony Tough.

As in the other two game notifications you posted, for Return to Ringworld and Rex Nebular, I'm uncomfortable about adding in detection entries for the translations, since they provide entire replacements for some of the game files, though they do at least not provide everything, so a person using it still does require the original English. I'd like some weigh in from others of whether support should be added.
