TITANIC: Marsinta closed but still active in TT after restoring save game

Description

Per IRC conversation, you can see the screenshot shows Marsinta as open but when restoring the game she is closed. Just type “upgrade”.

This happens in the original with a savegame when Marcinta is active.. if you load it directly from the Continue dialog, she'll show as inactive, but loading from within the game shows her as active. The culprit being the CDeskbot::EnterViewMsg, which is called during game startup after loading the savegame, forcing the Deskbot to be in the collapsed state. I was a bit wary of stuffing around with this logic, so instead I made it properly reset the active NPC when this situation occurs. Which means that you can no longer talk to her in the collapsed state post-load.
