  1. Pull out personal maintenance hub
  2. Put it back in.

visually the toilet set of the maintenance hub remains.

I checked a bunch of other furniture so hopefully this is the last one.

At first I couldn't replicate the problem with just opening & closing the hub, but then I realised if I opened & closed the toilet whilst the hub was open, then closed the hub, I got the problem. I presume that's what you meant.
