TITANIC: Relocking onto locked stars does not lock axis

Description
With the resolution of #10147, the game now instead of crashing, it does not reform a lock onto the most recently unlocked star.
So the green button shows up as the star being locked, but the view does not lock the axis correctly for the added 2nd or 3rd star.
