TITANIC: Relocking onto a star without moving causes crash

Description

If you are on 2 or 3 stars locked and you unlock and then immediately hit lock without moving the game crashes. In the original engine it throws your view to somewhere else in space.

Not the same as #10126, #9961, nor #9903.
