Build: 6fac0ace2c844aa68c2482362021981ed1db931b + PR 975, macOS 10.11, SDL 2.0.5, ASan on
At the beginning of the game right after Marsinta gives you your room assignment and you talk “to” the bellbot, switching to the settings panel shows the left/right navigation arrows next to the settings buttons. You can actually interact with the arrows and change the position of the buttons just like on the other panels.
This problem does not persist through save games and so is currently resolved by restarting the game.
