If you go to the arborteum in front the season exhibit and click up arrow twice then the season is not winter and I don't have the green switch set to allow seasons to change. I can also get in the pellerator.

The arrow keys shouldn't be acting to activate the season switch. The newer movement code has fixed that, and all the associated problems you previously noticed with correct movement not happening in places.
