Go to the bridge door that is locked until you complete titania. Face it and hit arrow up you are now in the bridge. Strangely you can't arrow key back, but you can use the mouse to get back.

Hmmm.. I have already had to put in place code to handle restricted areas like the Embarkation lobby door and Gondola; guess this one does something different that will have to be manually guarded against.
