TITANIC: Cannot load 99th saved game

Description
- Doesn't show title in 99th slot
If you save to the 99th slot with a title or not, then it will not show the saved game title, but if you rename the saved game from titanic-win.099 to titanic-win.0xy then it will show the title you save it as (in slot xy).
- You cannot load the 99th saved game that you saved.
It shows it there, but load option is not clickable. As above if you rename it you can than load it from another slot.
Loading it may get fixed if the title showing is fixed.

PR980 Resolves this issue.
Before titanic couldn't load the last save, or show its name in the GMM once saved. Now it can.
I also made the different files use the same const instead of defining their own.
Now if it is desirable to have more saved games it can just be changed in titanic.h and it works everywhere else.
